Intallation stuck and never finishing#160

After deleting all the files relative to a previous broken installation of CaptureAge and downloading the most recent installer, it gets stuck on this specific part and never progresses. I have seen this issue posted here before at this link: https://captureage.nolt.io/99 , but no solution was found.
My data:

• AOE2 DE Steam
• Windows 11 64 bit, 32GB RAM
• Intel i9 14th generation
• NVIDIA 4060 GPU
• The application does not use any internet data in the task manager if I inspect it
