When i first downloaded the client it couldnt find the path. this is probably because i changed my download path. I needed the copy the file back to my original C:\downloads folder.
Then when executing as admin it would give me an error about licensing and the executable would dissapear. On this website i could only find a generic virusscanner answer.
What fixed the problem for me was installing the CaptureAge certificates manually:
now you see a SHA 1 and a SHA 256 certificate
if this doesnt work try also installing the SHA 1 certificate.
This fixed my error and i could now install captureage.

Hey, I’ve made an internal task for us to keep track of this.
Just a few followup questions, what did the error about liscensing look like? Also, did it dissapear when running the setup for the first time or when trying to launch captureage after installing it? Cheers :)

@NOVA Quickly after installing on that device. I switched devices where this problem did not occur.
