Default zoom level on entering a game#82

When entering the game, you are set to a specific zoom level.
I have set three zoom levels as presets, with the middle preset being the zoom level I want to use for the majority of the game.

Allow for users to select one of the zoom presets as being the default (maybe default it to preset 2 as an overall default), given the initial value this one is given already.

Thanks for the suggestion. We will change the default zoom to use preset 2, as you suggest.
