Support to lock view of a player#42

Allows to see exactly the camera of the selected player. For example how the player reacted to a raid or if they noticed an enemy unit on the minimap and clicked on it to see what it was.

While this would be wonderful, this would require significant changes to the game’s engine - something we don’t control unfortunately.

Doesn’t mean we can’t bring it up though.

It would be cool to incorporate view lock info (as it exists in the in game replay), but rather than always snap to it, to be able to show it as shading on the minimap or main map somehow.
A similar alternative would be to be able to show the location of actions a player takes on minimap or main map.
