Timeline not working#181

I can’t seem to go further in a time line for a game than it has been played. I even got up to 4 hours plus of in-game footage, then shut down capureage and when I cam back to the same game I couldn’t go further than the game process again. This way it’s very hard to skip to the end of the game and I will have to run the game again for a long time (hours) to get to the end.

Can this get fiex please? It was one of the main reasons I got captureage pro

Jens14 hey there. Spectating regular match recordings (those generated automatically by the game) doesn’t allow spectating farther forward than what was spectated so far. This is because those recordings contain instructions that the game has to process before you can see what happens. It is also the reason why recordings stop working after some game updates.
While you can still jump back in time when spectating standard game recordings, you can also save CA:DE Recordings with your Pro subscription. With these you can not only jump forward, but also spectate matches with CA:DE alone, without the need to keep the game open as well.
