Support vanilla small trees#174

CA supports the mods you use on your AoE2 client which is great, but with small trees being vanilla for more than a year now, I was hoping CA would function the same way. If it cannot detect that small trees are enabled in AoE2, a simple tickbox in the CA settings would be very welcome.
