Improve team color experience#162

Sometimes people will appreciate using team color for clarity in reviewing a game. I think there are several ways to improve the current experience:

1. Sort display order by player number. Nowadays most games played with team position on, so it is more intuitive to do so. This should include scoreboard, upper panel, researched tech and tech progress bar.

2. Player number dot on tech progress icon. Just like the notification dot on your phone will do.

3. (Optionally) Use a better team color colorscheme. Instead of 4 reds, use red, pink, purple, chestnut instead for example.
