Tech categorisation incorrect - feudal considered a military tech#161

Repro: Show age techs and hide military techs on the timeline, see that feudal age disappears while castle age stays

This is STILL an issue - Feudal Age badge toggles on/off in stats with “Show Military techs” toggle instead of the “Age Techs” toggle. Seems like an EASY fix…
