Whole computer crash after starting captureAge#154

Since a few weeks when I try to spectate a live game through CA my whole computer crashes to a point at which I have to press the on/off button to restart it. I have tried to uninstall/reinstall CA, but this didnt solve problem. Are there any other suggestions?

Hey, @Bart_essen! Could you list your hardware specs for reference? Alternatively, I would suggest you to e-mail us at support@captureage.com with an dxdiag file and CaptureAge’s logs, which can be accessed through these instructions:

Find your logfile by putting %APPDATA%\CaptureAge\logs into your File Explorer’s address bar (to the left of the Search box).

Only send log files to developers, as they may contain some personal information (which all falls under CA’s privacy policy - https://captureage.com/privacy). See attached photo.

To generate a dxdiag file follow the instructions kindly provided by the AoE team https://www.ageofempires.com/how-to-upload-your-dxdiag/
