my screen freezes#149

while watching any replay when I play my screen freezes when I move cursor, play or pause, increase or decrease playback speed all the time it freezes and doesn’t respond only the game audio keeps playing in the background

Hey, @Caster4055. Would you be so kind as to send us your dxdiag and log files to support@captureage.com?

Find your logfile by putting %APPDATA%\CaptureAge\logs into your File Explorer’s address bar (to the left of the Search box).
Only send log files to developers, as they may contain some personal information (which all falls under CA’s privacy policy - https://captureage.com/privacy).

Create your DxDiag file by pressing the Windows key button and then typing run and then enter.
Wait for the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window to open, then press Save All Information and privately send us the generated text file, preferably with your username like so DxDiag(Username).txt
