
Have tried reinstalling twice but still get an error trying to run the application, it hangs on the load screen and says “unexpected error”

I have the same problem since the RoR game update. Definitely seems like a bug

I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
Same problem.

We’ve been getting a few similar reports and are still collecting information on the issue so we’d appreciate it!
Find your logfile by putting %APPDATA%\CaptureAge\logs into your File Explorer’s address bar (to the left of the Search box).
Only send log files to developers, as they may contain some personal information (which all falls under CA’s privacy policy - https://captureage.com/privacy).

If you could also send a screen recording of the issue as well that can also be helpful! And of course if you come accross a fix please let us know so we can spread that around to affected users!


I looked at the logs and see an error saying that there are not enough memory resources available to set up the renderer. I tried setting the amound of memory to use in the settings down to 2048 and same issue still
