Allow offsetting UI elements also in the Y direction#136

Currently, Score has two different offsets, allowing you to move it wherever you’d like. Overview/Dashboard only have Top and Bottom offsets, respectively. Adding a horizontal offset would allow better customizability, specifically for Dashboard.

Additionally, adding more UI customizability, such as Unit Panel offsets, or subsectioning the Overview panel would be great, but the Dashboard seems out of place with only having the single offset.
