Support ultrawide resolutions#129

My monitor is a Dell U3818DW with ultrawide 3840 x 1600 resolution.
The UI in CA is intrusively big, as if it’s using settings for a 4K monitor (the same horizontal size but taller).
Please could you either make the UI scaling dependent on vertical resolution rather than horizontal, or have a UI scaling setting that can be changed?
