make tech icons "toogable"#117

Some research would be good to be toogable. I mean, it woul be nice having the hability to hide or show certain techs.

For example, unique techs, thumbring, dock ones are very important but not ALWAYS important.

I would like the idea of a “extended” pop up list to show what tech we need to see.

For example: unique techs playings goths is very important. Or thumbring playing CA’s. Same with some monastery techs while playing Arena games.

I know i can see this on the Statistic page, but is very invasive and hide all the game.

Second this! That top left 10 icon screen should be clickable and can rotate through all the different techs. Or just be customisable so you can click through and the next 10 page will be the next most important ones or ones of you’re choosing
