File associate CA with .aoe2record#101

Set CaptureAge as the default file association for .aoe2record files on install.

Would streamline the process of downloading recs to loading them up if you could skip the manual moving of the file to a very specific folder step.

I’ll admit this is one I’m rooting for :D
